Grass Tree Group does not have fixed weekly hours. Our availability varies from week to week depending on practitioner schedules, the type of clinics being delivered and whether appointments are provided in-person or via telehealth.
On some days, practitioners may be onsite and available for face-to-face appointments, while on other days services may be provided via telehealth only and there may be no practitioner onsite.
Please contact us or confirm your appointment arrangements before attending the practice in person.
After-Hours Appointments
Appointments requested or scheduled outside our standard service availability will incur an additional after-hours fee. Where an after-hours fee applies, this will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
Weekends & Public Holidays
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
